In addition to all the areas we work in, we support the work of our employees not only in commercial life but also in social areas as DSQ. Every project developed by our employees is evaluated and the project owner is rewarded and the ones deemed appropriate are implemented.
Direct System Quality has launched the "We Are Collecting 1000 Books for Education" project and has been instrumental in delivering the books it has collected to school libraries.
With its respectful stance towards greenery and nature, it organizes sapling planting activities with its employees and their families every month, garbage collection activities in designated areas, and provides training on recycling materials to each employee.
In order to reduce the use of plastic bottles and cups, it gives each employee a cup and a water bottle with their name on it as a gift.
Direct System Quality plans projects and continues its comprehensive work on ensuring gender equality and its stance against violence against women.
